Grounds were kept spotless, breakfast was savoury and great. Very very helpful staff was available all the time. The daily service was good. Lucky me, got wake up calls free of charge too. The pool area was great and the location was excellent and perfect, just next door to a beautiful square opposite the lovely town hall, bars, and restaurants to explore. The hotel was absolutely stunning and nicely decorated, I recommend it to anyone.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very very bad.

Had a wonderful stay on our holidays, glad I've chosen it. The location was excellent, near to restaurants to explore as well as Plaça de Cort, which is a lovely cobbled square filled with trendy restaurants and boutiques, in a wonderful area. Outdoor bar was good.

The weather was lovely, had wonderful stay for 1 night in the Junior Placa Suite. We ate at a terrific restaurant for lunch and dinner. Stunning and lovely location to attractions like a historic public square, that was very close to the hotel. Moreover had so much fun by the lake, set 500 metres of the venue.
